Notarix Refund Policy

At Notarix, we value professionalism, transparency, and respect for our clients’ time. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking services.
General Policy
All payments for notary services are non-refundable once services have been rendered. This includes, but is not limited to, mobile notary, remote online notarization (RON), electronic notarization, and signing agent services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a reschedule or service credit, at our discretion.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable.
Travel & Convenience Fees

Travel fees, mobile service fees, convenience fees, and after-hours fees are non-refundable once the notary has departed or arrived at the appointment location.

These fees cover time, mileage, and availability reserved for your appointment.
Incomplete or Refused Notarizations
No refunds will be issued if the notarization cannot be completed due to:

Lack of valid, acceptable identification

Signer unwillingness, incapacity, or lack of awareness

Missing documents, witnesses, or required parties

Requests that violate notary laws or ethical standards
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
RON session fees are non-refundable once the session has begun, including identity verification attempts, credential analysis, or platform access.
Errors & Service Issues
If an error is made by Notarix, we will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue at no additional charge. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
