Notarix Medical Courier provides secure pickup and delivery of medical specimens, laboratory samples (where permitted), pharmaceuticals, medical records, medical equipment, and other healthcare-related items. We do not transport patients or provide emergency medical transportation.

Notarix is committed to protecting confidential information. Medical courier services are performed with appropriate safeguards to maintain the privacy and security of protected health information (PHI) in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. Clients are responsible for ensuring shipments are properly packaged and labeled before transfer.

When requested, Notarix maintains documented chain-of-custody procedures from pickup through delivery. Delivery confirmations and timestamps are available upon request.

While every effort is made to meet scheduled pickup and delivery times, transit times may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Notarix will not transport illegal substances, hazardous materials requiring specialized licensing beyond our authorization, explosives, firearms, currency, or any item prohibited by law.

Notarix's liability is limited to the amount paid for the courier service unless otherwise agreed in a written contract. We are not responsible for losses resulting from improper packaging, inaccurate addresses, delays caused by factors outside our control, or the condition of items before pickup.

The sender is responsible for ensuring all items are legally transportable, correctly packaged, properly labeled, and ready for pickup. Any required permits or documentation must be provided before transport.

Notarix reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate courier services if a shipment violates applicable laws or regulations, presents a safety risk, is improperly packaged, contains prohibited items, or if transporting the shipment would place our personnel, clients, or the public at risk.

Medical courier services are provided by appointment and are subject to driver availability, weather conditions, traffic, and operational capacity. Same-day, after-hours, weekend, holiday, and expedited services may be available for an additional fee.
