Mobile Notary Service Agreement

Customers are responsible for ensuring all documents are ready for signing prior to the appointment.

The notary does not prepare legal documents, select forms, or provide legal advice.

​

Each signer must appear in person (or remotely when authorized by law), present satisfactory identification, demonstrate willingness to sign, and appear mentally competent.

If witnesses are required, it is the customer's responsibility to provide them unless witness services have been arranged in advance.

Notarix reserves the right to decline or terminate an appointment whenever required by law or if circumstances prevent the lawful completion of the notarization.
