Refund & Cancellation Policy

Appointment deposits, if required, may be applied toward the total service cost.

Travel fees are non-refundable once the notary has departed for the appointment location.

​

Completed notarial acts are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

​

Administrative services, including Apostille Facilitation, Fingerprinting, Process Serving, Translation Coordination, and Registered Agent Services, may be eligible for refunds only if work has not yet begun. Once processing has started, refunds may be reduced or unavailable depending on work completed.

Customers are encouraged to notify Notarix as soon as possible and 24 hours before appointment if they need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
