Notarix Mobile Notary Services logo (transparent bg).png

Notarix provides professional notary and business support services, including but not limited to Mobile Notary Services, Remote Online Notarization (RON), Apostille Facilitation, Fingerprinting, Process Serving, Field Inspections, Medical Courier Services, Translation Coordination, Registered Agent Services, and related administrative services.

Appointments are confirmed only after scheduling has been completed and any required payment or deposit has been received. Customers are responsible for ensuring all documents are complete, all required signers are present, and each signer possesses valid government-issued identification.

Travel fees apply to mobile appointments and are earned once the notary begins traveling to the appointment location. If an appointment is cancelled after travel has begun or if the signer is unavailable, lacks proper identification, refuses to sign, or the notarization cannot legally be completed, the travel fee remains non-refundable.

Completed notarial acts cannot be refunded. State law requires a commissioned notary to remain impartial and follow all applicable laws and regulations. Notarix reserves the right to refuse service whenever required or permitted by law, including situations involving incomplete documents, inability to verify identity, unwilling signers, suspected fraud, or concerns regarding competency or duress.

All website content, logos, branding, educational materials, graphics, forms, and documents remain the intellectual property of Notarix and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
