We assist clients with the preparation and notarization of essential estate planning documents to help protect their wishes and provide peace of mind. This service includes: • Last Will & Testament • Power of Attorney (Financial) • Advance Healthcare Directive / Living Will • Notarization in compliance with Delaware law • Witness coordination (if required) Mobile service is available for your convenience, including home, hospital, nursing facility, or office visits. ⚠️ Please Note: Notarix® is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable due to time reserved and travel preparation. Mobile travel fees are non-refundable once travel has commenced. By booking this service, the client agrees to this cancellation and no-show policy.
