Service Description
Mobile notary services provided throughout Delaware in compliance with state law. Notarial acts are charged per act at the Delaware state-mandated rate. Travel fees, witnesses, and additional services are billed separately. Same-day and after-hours appointments available.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable due to time reserved and travel preparation. Mobile travel fees are non-refundable once travel has commenced. By booking this service, the client agrees to this cancellation and no-show policy.
